Each stage takes place in a different major city in Asia — including Japan, Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, India, and the Philippines, focussing on two to three recipes specific to that culture.
Level difficulty varies depending on the complexity of the recipe. For example, chopping vegetables may be an easier, more common task.
